Argon (AR) is a colourless, odourless, and inert gas that does not readily react with other substances. Its excellent shielding properties make it one of the most widely used gases in welding and metal fabrication, protecting molten metals from oxidation and contamination during high-temperature processes.
Argon is commonly used in TIG welding, selected MIG welding, stainless steel and aluminium fabrication, metal manufacturing, and other industrial applications that require a stable and high-quality welding environment. Its chemical stability also makes it suitable for laboratory, electronics, and specialised manufacturing processes.
